Brainstorming through the space, in Layout A the customer traffic left a lot of wasted space at the end of the counter and not enough employee working room behind the counter.
In the Layout B, the employee work space moves better but the clientele traffic overlaps and forces customers to backtrack.
Finally, Layout C allows customers to browse the offerings while approaching the order and pay area and encourages clients to sit in the comfortable seats while waiting for their orders to be filled.
